Audience is a hotel's guest CRM and consent capture platform. Most guest CRM’s are built as standalone tools: separate login, separate dashboard, separate communication builder, one more system for hotel staff to context-switch into. We're not doing that.
Kasper Tikær, Head of Design at AeroGuest, on why: "Most CRMs are their own universe. You login, gather your insights, like guest preferences or stay history, and then have to jump back to your PMS or booking engine to actually apply what you learned. For a hotel team already juggling five systems on a busy check-in day, that's not a CRM, that's a chore. So we’re not building Audience as a standalone system. We built it into the guest journey itself, what the guest shares, staff can act on, in the same place."
In practice, that looks like this. A returning guest checks in on her phone and gives her consent along the way. By the time she reaches the hotel, her stay history and preferences are already known. No juggling between systems. She gets a room she actually likes, and the hotel gets a guest it is allowed to talk to again after the stay. That's also why the numbers work.
Over 25% of guest journeys end in an opt-in, and guests say yes because the experience feels like one product rather than a consent form attached to a booking. Consent is earned through good UX. Loyalty is built on top of it.The full version of Audience is on the way, designed on that principle from day one.
