How long does it take to implement AeroGuest?
While not publicly specified as a fixed timeline, some customer stories suggest rapid deployment — for example, A Hotels rolled out AeroGuest in multiple properties in a few weeks.

All integrations are free of charge
We consider collaboration as a partnership. Integration with PMS's, mobile access, channel managers and payment gateways are done without any costs.

Upgrading door locks?
The future will only have digital keys. Choosing the right upgrade will save you a lot of keycards and you guests does not have to wait in line for a key or get pick up a new one because they lost it.

Yes. The unique Choose Room feature is optional for hotels. We highly recommend it as guests demand it.

Optional Feature: Re-Book and Direct Booking
AeroGuest enables more direct booking and increased sign-up to your loyalty program. We charge 2.5% to 3.5% on direct bookings depending on Loyalty Program and Channel Manager.

Optional Feature: UpGrade Room
Digitalizing your guests through AeroGuest will, apart from increased service, give you a lower cost on keycards and credit card fees, and increase revenue through the unique UpGrade Room feature. We charge 10% of the UpGrade Room price set by the hotel.

How do I create revenue with Choose Room?
As a hotel you set a fix fee per room category. We recommend around 7% of the room price. We split the fee 80/20 in favour of the hotel.

How can I optimze Choose Room revenue?
Tag your rooms with individual features in you PMS or AeroGuest Flow. Ex.: Far from elevator, View of the streets, Near fire escape, Big round windows, - the list goes on.
