Securing a deposit
In contrast to pre-authorization where a payment supplier simply holds a certain amount, - securing a deposit actually charges a specific sum from the guest's credit card. If not used, the money will be refunded after checkout.
Credit Card on File
During online check-in, we can secure a Credit Card on File. We can also handle deposites, temporarily reserving a certain amount on the guest’s credit card for potential expenses providing you with financial security.
Pay and check-out online
Check-out in just a few clicks. AeroGuest ensures any outstanding charges are settled before completing check-out, with your PMS automatically updated.
