Excellence Hotels, is a prominent hotel group with multiple properties across Sweden. Within just 10 business days, three of their properties started with AeroGuest—Crystal Plaza Hotel, 2Home Gävle, and 2Home Stockholm South— all going live on the same day.
The Challenge
Excellence Hotels faced operational challenges as guest expectations for seamless digital experiences grew. Long lines at the reception to check-in and check-out were affecting guest satisfaction, while the staff struggled to manage the flow of guests efficiently. The goal was to implement a fully integrated solution that could simplify guest services and allow for smoother, faster operations at the front desk.
The Solution: AeroGuest and VisBook Partnership
To address these challenges, Excellence Hotels partnered with AeroGuest, to fully implement an intuitive digital platform that enables guests to check in and check out using their own device. AeroGuest is fully integrated to VisBook, the hotel’s Property Management System (PMS), ensuring a two-way connection that automates operations. This partnership was critical to ensuring a swift and smooth deployment.

VisBook’s modern, cloud-based PMS was an essential part of the success, providing the backbone for smooth data flow between the hotel's internal systems and AeroGuest. The real-time synchronization of guest information from VisBook meant that check-in, payment processing, and room access were handled automatically, reducing manual workload and errors.
Guests now enjoy a more convenient experience, including digital check-ins, automatied notifications with information that always arrives and the right time, place and that value to the guest experience. E.g. notifying the guest instantly when their room is ready for them.
The partnership between AeroGuest and VisBook has been instrumental in ensuring that Excellence Hotels continues to meet the demands of modern travelers, while simultaneously improving internal operations. Looking forward, Excellence Hotels plans to expand this solution to more properties across Sweden.
