Through a two-way integration with the hotels AeroGuest automates the entire guest journey from the moment the guest makes a booking. Guests can download an app for use during their stay that includes a digital key, chat communication, CMS (all content the hotel will provide), room service with an advanced payment module, and of course, check-out with settlement of outstanding amounts. Post-stay communication is also key with an added advantage of easy reviews for TripAdvisor.

In the process, all encrypted emails are converted into personal emails for Sanders' future communication needs. It is expected that more than 30% of all arrivals will use this service from the beginning, with the number increasing potentially to 90% as it becomes integrated into Sanders' daily operations.
