New Media Library

Media Library 2

AeroGuest is excited to announce the development of its new Media Library, a centralized space for visual content management, seamlessly integrated into the AeroGuest Flow platform. This innovative feature allows hoteliers to organize, view, add, and use images, icons, GIFs, and PDFs efficiently, transforming how media content is stored and managed across various areas of the platform.

AeroGuest Develops Media Library for Enhanced Content Management

With the introduction of AeroGuest Communication and the forthcoming Hotel Directory, there is a growing need to reuse the same media content in multiple content setup scenarios, like when you're setting up an email or managing room images.

We know that one employee's media uploads on the platform are device-specific, preventing access to the same media from other employees' devices. Once released, it will eliminate the need to re-upload media content from local storage each time it’s needed.

The Media Library solves these issues by providing a single platform to manage all guest-facing content, offering an easy and convenient setup.

Key Features for the New Media Library

Centralized Content Management: Manage all your visual content - including images for rooms, lobbies, emails, and more - in one place.

Bulk Upload Capability: Upload one or multiple files at a time, making it easy and convenient to upload a large bulk of content.

Automated Image Scaling: Ensure the best compression and compatibility across all guest devices and internet connections with automated image scaling.

With the Media Library, you will get a more efficient and streamlined process for managing visual content, enhancing the overall guest experience and operational efficiency.

The Media Library is set to release this September with full platform integration.

Small, yet significant updates

New notification center:  We're pleased to announce the launch of our new Notification Center, designed to manage all your notifications from one place and configure multiple recipients.

Supported notification in first version: Guest completed Pay by Link, filled out the contact form for group bookings, payment errors and integration alarms.

Trips is now Stays: The ‘Trips’ section in our iOS and Android apps is now called ‘Stays’ with easier navigation between ‘Current’, ‘Previous’, and ‘Canceled’ reservations. Additionally, we have updated the user interface to enhance the overall guest experience and improve usability. These updates aim to make managing reservations much more intuitive and seamless for your guests.

Exciting Collaborations: Introducing Our Latest Integrations and Updates

Spectra v5: We’re excited to soon release full support for Spectra's latest and greatest update, which brings numerous improvements and new possibilities for more efficient hotel operations. For example, AeroGuest can now automatically update a guest’s profile when they fill out their registration card during online check-in.

We’re thrilled to continue our co-creation with Spectra and hoteliers, pushing for the best possible experience for both hotel staff and guests.
